Hi, I’m Ashica.

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, energy medicine practitioner, and the founder of Essential Essence — and I built this space because I needed it too.

My own liberation didn’t come from diagnoses or coping strategies alone. It came when I found a spiritual care that was self-defined, energetically rooted, and deeply compassionate. Tools that reached the places traditional therapy couldn’t touch — my soul’s mission.

That’s what I bring to every session.

I bridge the precision of clinical science with the depth of Energy Medicine, Ancestral Healing, and the wisdom of the Five Elements — because real healing asks for all of you. Not just your symptoms. Not just your story. All of you.
