Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Ashica.

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, energy practitioner, ancestral healer, and the founder of Essential Essence.

I built this space because I needed it too.

My own liberation didn’t come from diagnoses or coping strategies alone. It came when I found care that was spiritually grounded, energetically rooted, and clinically precise. Tools that reached the places traditional therapy couldn’t touch - and revealed my soul’s mission in the process.

That’s what I bring to every session.

As a licensed clinician, I bring over a decade of trauma-informed, evidence-based care. As a Clinical Alchemist, I bring the ancient technologies that reach where clinical work has a ceiling — Daoist Stone Medicine, Reiki, ancestral healing, Vedic gem wisdom, and the Five Elements.

These two worlds are not separate. At Essential Essence, they are one.
