Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Ashica.

A Clinical Alchemist- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, energy practitioner, ancestral healer, lifelong learner, wisdom keeper and the founder of Essential Essence.

I built this space because I needed it too.

My own liberation didn’t come from diagnoses or coping strategies alone. It came when I found care that was spiritually grounded, energetically rooted, and clinically precise. Tools that reached the places traditional therapy couldn’t touch - and revealed my soul’s mission in the process.

That’s what I bring to every session.

As a licensed clinician, I bring over a decade of trauma-informed, evidence-based care. As a Clinical Alchemist, I bring the ancient technologies that reach where clinical work has a ceiling - Daoist Stone Medicine, Reiki, ancestral healing, Vedic gem wisdom, and the Five Elements.

These two worlds are not separate. At Essential Essence, they are one. This is a space of integration - all of your parts are welcome here

“Working with Ashica as a Reiki practitioner is a real gift of serenity. She has a centered, intuitive presence that creates a space where I feel truly seen and held. Each session clears something I don't need so that energy can flow freely. I leave feeling a deep sense of peace and grounding. I am able to focus the next day with ease. If you are experiencing any sort of unease, disharmony, or imbalance, or just need some space held in which to expand, I highly recommend you experience Reiki with Ashica!”

“I've had two reiki sessions with Ashica, and I can honestly say she has the gift! Both times she was able to hone in on blocks/ problematic areas and provide some guidance on how I can address them. She is very intuitive and perceptive to even the slightest shift in energy, frequency and vibrations around her. I can't wait to continue on my healing journey with her as a guide.”
