In our time together we follow what your body already knows. The images that keep returning. The feelings that have no words yet. The beliefs running quietly underneath everything.
Together, we will bring compassionate curiosity for understanding your current experiences of energy, visions, messages, new learning and support a transition towards a thriving spirit.

Can be completed in-person or Distance via zoom or phone.
Conscious consultation is not diagnosing, treating mental health conditions, or providing clinical social work.

My approach to is grounded in curiosity, compassion, collaboration and empowerment. Practice is person-centered, culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, strength-based, Liberation-focused to best meet each client’s lifestyle needs and goals.
You and your experience matter and I feel committed to having a positive client experience. It is a personal commitment to identify your individuality and honor your inate wisdom, knowledge, skills and spirit throughout care.
Although, I have a strong, clinical background, our practice together is not to pathologise, diagnose, or treat mental health conditions. The services provided are not Covered or billable to insurance .
