I’m so glad you stopped by!

Since 2012, I have been a Humanistic and Strength-Based, Clinical Social Worker and Circle Work facilitator. My curiosity and practice in healing started long before I ever got my degree. The unique alignment of my birth, family, culture, and a compassion for humanity have placed me a timely position for ancestral & collective healing.

Love is the foundation for all healing or transformation.

My approach to care in grounded in compassion, holistic care, and combining researched backed therapy practices, Mind-Body connection, Ayurveda, Doaist healing, spiritual care and energy medicine.

I’ve been lost in the shadows too.

I can intimately relate to both the sorrows and joys that accompany a healing path. Hitting a “rock bottom” was a catalyst to my Evolution and for me, un/learning what I believed about myself, integrating shadows, accessing deep intuition, cultivating consciousness, and growing inner nurture became numerous joys on the journey.

As a clinician, I sought support from my fellow therapists and was treated with CBT, EMDR, Parts work, Somatics – all of which were helpful! However, what I needed in the next stage of Liberation was energetic tools and a spiritual care that was defined by me.

It was divine timing to immerse myself in ancient wisdom and holistic practices through anew connection with my mum, family elders, finding several amazing energy teachers and a Soul Tribe along the way. Learning to reside in my body and care for my energy gave rise to my own healing potential and empowerment.

My intention is to support you on your own the journey of holistic healing; whatever you vision for your next level of liberation. Perhaps it’s becoming a creator of your experience, accessing the inner guru or intuitive skills, easing the nervous system, rewriting trauma or ancestral lines, growing self-kindness & self-empowerment, or justing trusting the goodness of who you really are.

My personal journey towards multidimensional liberations give me the compassion to support you and your own pace of unfolding, and a confidence in retrieving what was lost on your path to wholeness.
